ROAD WIDENING IN QC. The Department of Public Works and Highways-National Capital Region (DPWH-NCR) is conducting road widening and plant box beautification along Quezon Avenue near the Lung Center of the Philippines in Quezon City on Saturday (July 20, 2019).
