LOCAL ABSENTEE VOTING. Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Spokesperson, Marine Brig. Gen. Edgard Arevalo, presents the breakdown of the result of absentee votes in major military service and unified command, during the press briefing held at Camp Aguinaldo in Quezon City on Monday (May 6, 2019).
