Over 2K local, overseas jobs up for grabs on June 12

DUMAGUETE CITY – More than two thousand local and overseas jobs are up for grabs during the Independence Day job fair in this Negros Oriental capital.

The job fair will be held at Robinsons Place mall here, according to Ma. Socorro Mira, Dumaguete City Public Employment Service Office (PESO) head.

Mira said 1,1411 local and 1142 overseas vacancies are to be offered during the fair.

Twenty local and overseas employers are taking part in the job fair.

Also, the Philippine Army will conduct recruitment.

Meanwhile, Mayor Felipe Antonio Remollo will lead the Independence Day rites at Quezon Park while Negros Oriental Governor Manuel Sagarbarria will lead officials and government agencies in a separate commemoration at the Freedom Park here. (PNA)
