MANILA – The entire country will experience fair weather on Friday, the weather bureau said.
"We are also expecting warm weather, so Metro Manila will experience high temperatures that could reach up to 34°C," Aldczar Aurelio of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.
The cities of Legazpi, Tuguegarao and Puerto Princesa will also log high temperatures of up to 33°C.
Aurelio said high temperatures are also expected in the Visayas and Mindanao.
Up to 34°C is expected in Tacloban and Zamboanga, while the temperature in Iloilo and Davao could reach 33°C.
"Despite the fair weather, isolated rains are still likely due to thunderstorms," he said.
PAGASA said flash floods or landslides are possible during severe thunderstorms.
Light to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas will prevail across the archipelago, it said. (PNA)
